How is our project managed?
First: Contracting according to the specifications set by the client
- Obtaining the client's approval of the contract, general and specific terms and conditions, technical specifications, drawings, and plans.
- The work is supervised by an engineer and executed based on the approved project plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Technical specifications and Saudi standards for building construction and Saudi codes or quantity schedules are considered the basis for managing any project.
- We study the required work, specifications, and plans, understand the client's conditions, and make sure that the contractor is committed to accuracy and precision in measurements. We inform the contractor of all matters related to the execution of the work and obtain their approval of all contract clauses, specifications, technical requirements, drawings, and engineering schedules after inspecting the site and its nature.
- The contractor must sign a commitment to determine the cost of the work based on the precise details requested by the client and undertake to carry out all stipulated works without exception, and with the highest technical standards and industry standards.
